Dangerous Goods Policy
CARRIAGE OF DANGEROUS GOODS
X-Press Feeders (“XPF”) does not accept goods classified as hazardous or dangerous by the IMO unless certain conditions are met, including but not limited to proper packing, correct labelling and strict compliance with international and local regulations and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code. Due to their nature, Customers must declare all dangerous goods and give all relevant details at the time of booking.
In addition, Customers are required to take note of Clause 25. Dangerous Goods of XPF’s Conditions of Carriage. If Customers’ dangerous goods booking meets XPF’s conditions, approval will be given for shipment on board the vessel.
A list of XPF Dangerous Goods Restriction List can be accessed in this LINK.
XPF reserve the right to destroy dangerous goods at the Customers’ expense if they pose a risk to safety, property, or health.
