- Design and implement impactful CSR programs that support our sustainability objectives, including reducing GHG emissions, environmental protection, and community empowerment.
- Actively engage with employees, community partners, and other stakeholders to promote and participate in CSR initiatives. Foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility within the company.
- Articulate and communicate the company’s CSR vision and programs effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Create compelling content and presentations that highlight our efforts and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) achievements.
- Organize and manage CSR events, volunteer programs, and other initiatives. Ensure these activities are well-executed and align with the company’s goals.
- Lead the development of our annual sustainability report, showcasing our progress in achieving our environmental and social objectives. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with ESG reporting standards.
- Represent the company at various CSR-related events, meetings, and conferences. Be willing to travel as needed to engage with stakeholders and support CSR initiatives and ESG strategies.
job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science/ economics/ studies, sustainability management and governance, corporate social responsibility, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in CSR, sustainability, or a related field. Experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work independently, think creatively, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in sustainability reporting frameworks and metrics.
- Enthusiastic, engaging, and passionate about making a difference.
- Must be willing to travel for CSR activities, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
