To provide financial administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations complying with the internal policies and external laws and legislations.

roles and responsibilities

Ensure charter hire remittances are correctly and timely made
Ensure that expenses to be billed to owners and / or charter hire billed to sub-charterers on a timely basis
Perform monthly analysis of owners’ accounts and owners’ recovery account.
Ensure that all liabilities and expenses and payments are accurately accounted for in owners’
Timely resolution of disputes with owners together with line managers, accounts and ship
Follow up on payments from/to owners and sub-charterers.
Ensure timely finalization of owners’ accounts
Ensure compliance with internal processes, procedures, instructions and deadlines
Timely accounts schedules for Audit.
Follow up and resolve all audit concerns.
Other Ad hoc Projects as required from time to time.

job requirements

Education & Knowledge

ACCA/Accounting degree/ diploma holder.
Accounting diploma holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

Personal characteristics:

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
Analytical, with an eye for details and good MS Excel skills
Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
