X-press Feeders fully understand the importance of well-trained sea staff, which is why the Cadet program was established in 2015. We are committed to recruiting and training cadets as part of our comprehensive career development program. Cadets will rise through the ranks, and may even be offered a shore position after. Another objective to the cadet program is to be self-sufficient in supplying competent officers to our growing fleet of vessels.

Bangladesh cadets

Entry requirements (Bangladesh):

  • Candidates and cadets pursuing/planning to pursue their studies in the Nautical or Marine Engineering branch with Bangladesh Maritime Academy.
India cadets

Entry requirements (India):

  • Cadets currently pursuing their Bachelor of Science in Nautical Studies, Bachelor of Technology in Marine Engineering, or Diploma in Nautical studies with selected universities.
Singapore cadets

Entry requirements (Singapore):

  • Singapore Maritime Academy : Cadets currently enrolled in the Diploma in Nautical Studies or Diploma in Marine Engineering courses; &
  • Wavelink Maritime Institute : Candidates who wish to make a transition into the maritime industry.
UK cadets

Entry requirements (The U.K.):

  • Candidates and cadets pursuing/planning to pursue their FD, Bachelor of Science in Nautical Studies, Bachelor of Engineering in Maritime Engineering, HND, or SPD in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering with selected universities and colleges.
